7 Benefits Of Coriander

About

Sue Mullinger

I specialise in helping women transition through the perimenopause, menopause and beyond, managing and conquering all the annoying symptoms that go along with this process:  sleepless nights, thickening waistline that does not respond to reduced calories or exercise, hot flushes that happen at the most inconvenient times! The tiredness and the lack of energy, to make peace with their bodies and finally get back the energy and enthusiam for the life they so deserve!

My journey through the peri-menopause years of my life were on reflection a very energising and empowering one, I certainly did not feel it at the time. I suffered with all the usual symptoms and more, but by negotiating my way through that, I emerged feeling younger, healthier and happier and I want that for you too!

I am a member of BANT (British Association of Nutritional Therapists) and CHNC (Complimentary and Natural Healthcare Council.  I continue with Professional Development to keep up with the latest science to bring into my practice and help my clients get the best possible advise I can give them.
