Let’s get going, life is too short …

Good health and a happy balanced life is more than eating the right foods. If your out-of-control stressed, your body  cannot absorb nutrients properly. This is why I work with the 3 pillars of health – Fuel, Mind and Body.  By using this approach I have created a 12 week programme so you and I can work together to make lasting changes to you physically, mentally and spiritually.  I work with people who are eager and excited to kick start their health journey and understand changes take time!  If you are after a one stop shop or quick fix, I’m not the nutritionist for you

This is not the latest ‘fad diet’ or what everyone else is doing, that simply doesn’t work, I specialize in creating a bespoke nutrition and lifestyle plan just for you!  So you can take back control of your body, mind and spirit and be free to start living the life of your dreams.

I offer three levels of support for the 12 weeks as follows starting from £420.

ESSENTIAL

A programme to kick start you into action to take charge of your health and wellbeing.  I will give you all the nutrition and lifestyle advice to guide you in a way that makes it easy to stay motivated and on track.  For those who are in need of a nudge in the right direction toward a life filled with renewed energy and hope this is for you. This programme is made up of one intial 90 mins session, a couple of check-ins and a couple of longer sessions. 

SIGNATURE

My signature programme gives you all the guidance and accountability you need to up your nutritional game and transform your life physically, emotionally and spiritually to meet your health goals.   Look at me as your transformational guide to mentor and support you through a combination of check-in’s and longer sessions to set manageable goals, break down barriers standing in your way, and keep you motivated and on track.

 

VIP

Ideal if you have a more complex health condition wanting to level up your health.  A powerful combination of weekly mini check-ins and longer sessions designed to go deeper into all aspects of food and behavior, including what is really holding you back and keeping you from reaching your ultimate health dreams.  This reinvented programme gives you the ultimate accountability and support for life changing results.
